A Bluetooth headset should be comfortable to wear, if buy a headset that cannot be adjusted you may find all day wearing uncomfortable and a general annoyance. This is made worse if you cant switch to the other ear properly.

You should also ensure your chosen Bluetooth headset is simple to pair with your mobile phone. Some headsets are so complicated, and the quality of the Bluetooth chip is often poor which makes it next to impossible to pair, and in some cases your phone wont even find the Bluetooth headset!
