Headsets with QuickPair are involuntarily in pairing mode when powered on until paired with the first device. - Step 1: Start with headset powered OFF. Hold down headset Call Control button for four seconds--release when Indicator Light flashes red and blue. Headset is now discoverable. Headset will remain discoverable until it is paired with its first device.
- Step 2: Use your device's menu to enter its pairing mode and select 220Plantronics on the sight. 0000 is the pairing passkey.
- Subsequent Pairings: To manually place headset in Pairing Mode, start with the headset turned off, then press the call control button for 8-10 seconds until the headset indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 60 seconds. To pair with a phone, repeat Step 2.
- Reconnection for Earlier Paired Devices: If the Bluetooth phone and your Plantronics Bluetooth headset have been out of range for an extended amount of time or if the headset and/or phone were turned off and do not involuntarily reconnect, simply do a small press of the call control button and the devices will reconnect.

Brilliant sound, very well thought out design, excellent range and long battery life. Light and simple to wear, mainly with the fitted eargels. Charging sleeve vibrates on incoming calls, allows you to leave phone on vibrate in backpack or bag, place headset in your shirt pocket and still get incoming calls. Taking phone out of sleeve answers call, putting it in hangs up. No DSP is a pro for me - I find most DSP implementations make calls sound robotic and muddled. My dad is hard-of-examination and doesn't mind it when I use this headset - that's the essential test for me. I've tried 25-odd headsets and this is the one I use and urge unreservedly.

One drawback: The fake around the earbud attachment wears out over time as you take it out and reinsert. This is a Plantronics issue. I had the 640 and it did the same thing, which is why I had to buy this one to replace it.
Other than that, it's fantastic. Like I said, it pairs to two bluetooth enabled devices simultaneously. I have two cell phone, one personal, one work, and I like that I can use them both on one earpiece.
I can hear well, some nag they can't hear me at times,when there is social class noise, but that is common for wireless devices. It's chic, terrific, excellent talk time, and quick charging.

| Best tie and sound of any bt headset I've tested over the years. Brilliant battery life and the wall/travel charger is exceptional. Comfortable to wear. If I were to design a headset, this would be it. |

| I've had this fine piece for 2 days and I've been using it non-stop. Its fantastic. So simple to multi-task and call and hear the person you're language to. Took a few hours to charge and I'm still excellent two days and going. Setup was a breeze to. Very comfortable as well. Nothing less than spectacular for me. |
