I have owned this manufactured goods for 1 or 2 years now and it is not the best bluetooth headset on the market. When I wear it people nag that I sound like I am on speakerphone and/or they cannot hear me. People also nag that I sound like I am cutting in and out. These same people generally do not make the same speakerphone protest when I am in fact ON the speakerphone.
Sound Quality = OK
People being able to hear me = Below satisfaction
Battery Life = Exceptionally Excellent!
Comfort = OK (Comes with 2 separate ear pieces & is frivolous. BUT your ear does get sore if worn for an extended length of time).
The only reason I looked this item up was to view how others rated it, since I was unusual if others experienced the same tribulations as I have, but the current reviews only nag of misleading item descriptions by tiger direct and not the actual manufactured goods itself. |

Bought this on Amazon a few weeks ago but the seller was in fact TigerDirect. It was just delivered and I immediately noticed that it is USED. There are nicks and scratches galore all over this item and it seems to have a build up of ear wax already on it. YUCK!
Before I bought it I looked at TigerDirect's website for this item and it clarified that "Bulk Pack" just meant that it didn't come in the first packaging, NOT that it was a USED manufactured goods! I've since looked again and restudied the info on Amazon for this item and could not find everyplace that it mentions that this is a USED manufactured goods that you are buying. No mention of it being refurbished or whatever thing.
I'm not even sure how well the item does or does not work (it is currently charging). I am exceptionally place off by the fact that it is USED but. Sometimes I have bought "reconditioned" or USED products in the past, but I like to know that this is what I am buying beforehand.
I've heard terrible things about TigerDirect and this is the first time I've made a hold from them. Since I feel that they misrepresented this item, it will also be the last. |

| I've been a regular customer here in amazon for quite awhile, no complains at all, when i bought this item was surprised by the low price being marked as 'new'(it is January 12 2010 9:08 pm EST and still appears on the page marked as 'new')but when i receive it the package was open and according to the manual bonus ear buds should come with the headset and they are missing. My rate is not based on the quality of the manufactured goods, as for now its is working as expected and has a very excellent battery life, my review is based on the bulk package class that certainly should be changed to USED. |
