You just simply have to press the button when you have to take a second call or hold the button to end the previous call and the incoming call.
Though this handset does not allow voice dialing with the iPhone, it can be able to use the voice dialing feature when paired with other phones.
Another sad part about this trendy headset is it does not offer some kind of call redial feature and noise cancellation attribute. Voice dialing is also not available.
